OPCSG Annual General Meeting

OPCSG held its 2025 Annual General Meeting on Monday, 17 March 2025 at its regular meeting place, Oxford Golf Club.

The meeting received reports from the Committee, the Treasurer and the Partners' Activities Co-ordinator. The meeting elected a Committee comprising Dafydd Charles, Paul Cowell, Dave Hawes, Keith Jenkins, Sanjiv Kanwar and Caroline Prance. The Committee will appoint the officers when it first meets within the next month.

Presenting the Annual Report, Keith Jenkins, the current Chair, told members that the Committee would value someone volunteering to take over the role of Secretary and another volunteer to run the Website.

The meeting also discussed the out come of the survey of members carried out in the previous summer and encouraged the Committee to follow up a number of ideas including devoting part of open meetings to break-out groups according to different treatments, holding informal meetings in different places in the County in the months between Golf Club meetings and following a regular cycle of meeting topics each year (e.g. clinicians/researchers; wellbeing/mental health; general/life experience topics).
