Our next open meeting on Monday 21 July 2025 will focus on Radiotherapy.  As usual, it will be at Oxford Golf Club, Hill Top Road, OX4 1PF from 6.30 p.m. with a start at 7.00 p.m.  The speaker will be Dr. Philip Charlton, Clinical Oncology Consultant Uro-Oncology at the Churchill.

He will be talking about some of the recent advances in prostate cancer care including Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy for which, for a particular sub-group of patients, hormone therapy is not needed and the number of radiotherapy sessions is reduced.  He will also be happy to discuss other aspects of radiotherapy.
