The subject of PSA testing outside the NHS is a controversial issue and the Graham Fulford Charitable Trust organises, among other things, PSA testing events some of which are supported and promoted by local prostate cancer support groups. some members of OPCSG welcome such events, others incline towards the cautious approach of some medical professionals.

Graham Fulford is the founder and chair of the Trust. The Trust is supporting the Transform trial, partnering with NHS to support testing and Graham has a role in the all party Parliamentary group on prostate cancer supporting the Proactive for Your Prostate campaign.
