Privacy Notice

OPCSG is a registered charity, number 1149713.  We do not collect information on individuals who visit our website.  However if you use the Contact facility to send a message, your email address will be visible to the Committee member who responds to the enquiry.  The address will be used only for replying to the enquiry: it will not be used for any other purpose.

People who make an enquiry to OPCSG, whether through the Contact facility on the website or via telephone or personal contact, may be asked if they wish to give an email address and/or telephone number in order to be kept informed via Newsletters and occasional other emails with information about events, activities and medical developments.  When consent is given, contact details are held on a password protected list held by the Secretary and the Chairman.  They will not be passed to any third party.

Your rights

You have the right to access information held about you. To do this, please write to us at secopcsg.org@btinternet.com and ask for a copy of the information that we hold about you. You have the right to have personal data rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete. You also have the right to request the removal of personal data.

We use one first-party cookie on our website to make it work efficiently. This cookie is used to identify if your browser has javascript enabled and is deleted when you close your browser. We also embed videos from our official YouTube channel using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. If you choose to play a video, YouTube will set cookies. If you are not logged in to YouTube, these will be session related and will be deleted when you close your browser. YouTube users can manage their preferences via their YouTube account.
