Please find attached the notice of the AGM on 9 March, 6.30 for a prompt start at 7.00 p.m., at Oxford Golf Club, Hill Top Road.  The AGM will be followed by a talk by two postdoctoral researchers working in a team investigating a possible radiotherapy treatment for advanced prostate cancer.  As always, there will be plenty of time for members, new members and partners to talk and share experiences and ideas.  See attached for full details.

Two important notices:

1.     New committee members are needed.  There is a vacancy for Secretary, and John Goldsmith, the last remaining founder member of the group still on the committee, will not, after nine years of dedicated service, be standing for re-election.  Neither shall I, although both of us hope to contribute to events during the year.  If you yourself can help, or if you know someone else who can, please let us know.  Nominations can be accepted at any time, including at the AGM.

2.     Do you have an empty garage, shed or small barn?  Or know someone who has?  The facility currently used by OPCSG to store our equipment will soon become unavailable.  Please let us know if you can find space for banners, a gazebo, chairs, boxes of materials and some other bits and bobs.
